Chuck and Diane work as a dedicated husband and wife team to help clients buy and sell their homes in greater Seattle and the eastside neighborhoods from Bothell and Mill Creek on the north to Renton and Maple Valley on the south, and from Magnolia and Queen Anne east to Issaquah, Sammamish and North Bend. “We have lived in Woodinville, Redmond, Mercer Island, and Newcastle and are familiar with Seattle area neighborhoods, school systems and commute patterns. We work as a team to ensure that we are visibly and actively focusing on what our clients need and want, keeping open communications at all times, and ensuring that every detail of these important and complicated transactions is handled correctly, on time, and in our client’s best interest.”
”When working with relocation clients, we recognize that the combination of both a job move and a house move can put a lot of stress on a family. Often, one spouse needs to dive headlong into a new job, while the other spouse has to take the lead on kids, schools, moving and house-hunting. We try to make the house-hunting process as informative and undemanding as possible, and work closely with the client to ensure that all other aspects of the move that they help with go smoothly too.”
Chuck and Diane have been involved with corporate relocations over a span of years, from both the corporate management side and the relocating employee side, and are used to dealing with corporate executives and senior professionals, and their families, working with such companies as Federal Express, IDX, Concur Technologies and Microsoft.
Chuck comes from a real estate family; both his Dad and his uncle were real estate brokers. He has been a full-time professional Realtor for over6 years, and is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), and a certified e-Pro Realtor (ePro). He has been a Vice President for several companies, and continues to maintain his network of executive and professional contacts through such organizations as Northwest Entrepreneur Network, MIT Enterprise Forum and The Executive Network of Seattle, as well as serving on the Leadership Council for the Harbor Club/American Cancer Society charity auction for Camp Goodtimes, a summer camp program for kids with cancer.
Diane has been a full-time professional realtor for over 12 years, and is an Accredited Staging Specialist (ASP), a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) and a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), a top residential real estate credential recognizing both advanced training and significant experience. She also sits on the Board of Directors of Sweet Briar College in Virginia.
In prior lives, both Diane and Chuck have been Customer Service Managers, and they understand the value of personal attention, professional service and caring about the outcome for their clients. “The core of our business is referrals from friends and past clients. We focus on providing great service and achieving great outcomes for our clients, and count on them to refer us to their friends.”
